AN ORDINANCE ISSUING A CONDITIONAL
USE PERMIT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
1300 NORTH SHACKLEFORD ROAD (Z- 3451 -A),
SETTING FORTH THE CONDITIONS ATTACHED
THERETO; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority granted
under the provisions of Section 43 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, a Conditional Use
Permit is hereby issued for the property described herein
and for the purpose indicated as follows:
A part of Tract 11, Reform School Addition to Little
Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at a found 5/8" rebar for the SW corner of
the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 33, T -2 -N, R -13 -W,
thence N 00° 25' 27" W, 332.85 feet to a found 5/8"
rebar, thence N 89° 46' 11" E, 646.86 feet to a found
5/8" rebar on the westerly right -of -way line of
Shackleford Road, thence S 00° 22' 28" E along said
westerly right -of -way of Shackleford Road, 331.87 feet
to a set 1/2" rebar; thence leaving said westerly
right -of -way of Shackleford Road, S 890 40' 58" W,
646.57 feet to the point of beginning, containing 4.93
acres, more or less.
This property is zoned "R -2" /Conditional Use Permit and
is to be used for a church and related activities, and
a day -care center.
SECTION 2. That the following conditions are hereby
attached to the above described Conditional Use Permit:
That applicant adhere to all Little Rock City
Ordinances, Codes, Planning Commission requirements,
and the approved site plan.

SECTION 3. That the Ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
