AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z- 4705 -A - Described as a parcel of land in Garland's
Addit n to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at
the SW corner of Block 23, Garland's Addition; thence N
00 16' 13" E along the East right -of -way line of
Fletcher Street 130 feet to a point; thence S 89° 34'
47" E, 150 feet to a point; thence N 0° 24' 43" E, 170
feet to a point on the North line of Block 23,
Garland's Addition to Little Rock Pulaski County,
Arkansas (which is the South right -of -way line of East
Capitol Avenue); thence N 890 34' 47" W, 150.42 feet
along the North line of Block 23, said addition to the
NW corner thereof; thence N 0° 16' 13" E along the East
right -of -way line of Fletcher Street 110.0 feet to a
point on the South line of Lot 38, Fletcher Meadows,
Phase I, an addition to the City of Little Rock,

to "R -2" Single Family residential (East 6th and
Fletcher).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and desginate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
