SECTION 1. The Highway 10 Land Use Plan is hereby
amended from Single Family to Office as shown on the
attached drawing.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE HIGHWAY 10
LAND USE PLAN BY RECLASSIFYING A
TRACT OF LAND FROM RESIDENTIAL TO
OFFICE IN THE VICINITY OF WOODLAND

HEIGHTS ROAD.

WHEREAS, the Planning staff and Planning Commission
have reviewed an amendment to the Highway 10 Land Use Plan
as directed by the Board of Directors' Resolution No. 7845;
and

WHEREAS, the staff and Planning Commission agree the
Highway 10 Plan in the vicinity of Fairview Road and
Woodland Heights Road should be modified to reflect an
office use; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors had declared their
intent in Resolution No. 7845 to modify the Highway 10 Plan
at the former Eight Wheels Skating Rink.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Highway 10 Land Use Plan is hereby
amended from Single Family to Office as shown on the
attached drawing.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
