AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 15- 17.1(b)(1)
AND (b)(2) OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF
ORDINANCES TO INCREASE THE FEES FOR DUMPING
IN THE SANITARY LANDFILL.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Little Rock Code of Ordinances § 15- 17.1(b)(1)
and (b)(2) is hereby amended to read as follows:
(b) The charges referred to in subsection (a)
hereof shall be as follows:
(1) Each compacted cubic yard with a
minimum of $5.00 per dumping... $2.50
(2) Each non - compacted cubic yard with
a minimum of $5.00 per dumping... $2.00
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall become effective January 1,
1988.
