AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE 1 -430
DISTRICT LAND USE PLAN (ORDINANCE
NO. 14,566 OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS)
WHEREAS, recent land use changes within the I -430 District have
prompted a re- examination of the I -430 District Land Use Plan; and
WHEREAS, the staff of the Office of Comprehensive Planning
initiated a study to review the I -430 land use plan; and
WHEREAS, the staff of the Office of Comprehensive Planning has
conducted an in -depth study recommending various changes from single
family to commercial, light industrial, multi - family, office, and
public /institutional uses as shown on the attached map; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has recommended land use plan
changes as shown on the attached map.
NOW, THRERFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors amends the I -430 District Plan
as indicated in the attached drawing.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
