ORDINANCE NO. 15,382
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 14,210 AND PROVIDING FOR A
REDUCTION IN PAVEMENT WIDTH ON
FOXCROFT ROAD, A COLLECTOR STREET
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,210 titled Master
Street Plan of the City of Little Rock Planning Area be
amended with respect to Section 2.B. Collector Streets.
SECTION 2. That Foxcroft Road, a collector street, be
reduced in pavement width from the 36 -foot dimension as
specified in Section 2.B. of Ordinance No. 14,210 to the
27 -foot standard pavement provided for residential streets.
SECTION 3. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 14,210
titled the Functional Classification System listing
collector no. 35 be amended to read as follows:
35. Foxcroft Road S.H. #10 94 feet south of
Jimerson Creek
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall take effect from
and after its passage.
