AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4911 - Described as a tract of land being a
fractional part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of
Section 21, T -1 -N, R -13 -W of the Fifth Principal
Meridian in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NE corner of said NE 1/4, SE 1/4;
thence run N 89° 44' 44" W along the North line of said
NE 1/4, SE 1/4 a distance of 75.13 feet to the East
edge of Talley Road; thence run S 39° 45' 00" E a
distance of 117.49 feet to the East line of said
NE 1/4, SE 1/4; thence run North along said East line a
distance of 90.0 feet to the point of beginning
containing 3,380.85 square feet or 0.0776 acre more or
less.
AND
A tract of land being a fractional part of the SE 1/4
of the NE 1/4 of Section 21 in T -1 -N, R -13 -W of the
Fifth Principal Meridian in the City of Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of said SE
1/4, NE 1/4; thence run N 890 44' 44" W along the South
line of said SE 1/4, NE 1/4 a distance of 25.85 feet to
the point of beginning; thence run N 89° 44' 44" W
along said South line a distance of 49.28 feet to the
East edge of Talley Road; thence run N 24° 21' 43" E
along said East edge a distance of 41.96 feet to the SW
line of an existing right of access easement; thence
run S 39° 45' 00" E along said SW line a distance of
50.00 feet to the point of beginning containing 943.7
square feet or 0.0217 acre more or less from "R -2"
Single Family to "I -1" Light Industrial Park (Talley
Road).

SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
