ORDINANCE NO. 15,374
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4908 - Described as Lots B and C, Subdivision No. 1,
Tract 5, Home Acres, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, containing 1.3 acres more or less
from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial
(6101 Forbing Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred in Section 43 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and designated
district map be and it is hereby amended to the extent and
in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change
provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force from and after its passage and approval.
