AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3933 -A - Described as a parcel of land situated in
the SW 1/4, SE 1/4 of Section 4, T -1 -S, R -13 -W of the
Fifth Principal Meridian, City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the SE corner of the SW 1/4,
SE 1/4 of Section 4, T -1 -S, R -13 -W of the Fifth
Principal Meridian; thence along the South line of
Section 4, N 88° 47' 25" W, 820.00 feet; thence N O1°
12' 35" E, 50.00 feet to the North right -of -way line of
Mabelvale West Road and the point of beginning; thence
continuing along said North right -of -way line N 88° 47'
25" W, 260.98 feet to the easterly line of Tract 2,
Otter Creek Industrial Service Center; thence N 000 42'
24" E, 254.35 feet along said North line and the
extension of said North line; thence N 430 39' 50" E,
646.23 feet along a line 45 feet northwesterly of and
parallel to the eastern lot line of said Tract 2 to a
point on the western line of Southwest Hospital
property; thence along said western line S 000 57' 52'
W, 531.31 feet; thence N 880 47' 25" W, 150.31 feet
along the North line of Lot 1, Tract B, Otter Creek
Industrial Park; thence S 46° 12' 35" W, 35.36 feet
along said Lot 1 line; thence S O1° 12' 35" W, 175.00
feet continuing along Lot 1 line to the point of
beginning and containing 4.16 acres more or less from
"C -2" Shopping Center District to "C -3" General
Commercial ( Mabelvale West Road West of Otter Creek
East Boulevard).
