ORDINANCE NO. 15,372
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LIT`T'LE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 1465 -A - Described as a tract of land being a part of
the NW 1/4, NW 1/4, and a part of the SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, also being a part of the NE
1/4, NE 1/4 and a part of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of
said Section 24; thence N 88° 10' E, 3.6 feet to the
point of beginning; thence S 5° 24' W, 30.0 feet;
thence S 70° 25' 57" W, 273.58 feet to the East
right -of -way line of University Avenue; thence N 5° 24'
E along said East right -of -way 1,208.60 feet; thence
S 510 56' 47" E, 177.0 feet to the point of curve of a
curve to the right having a radius of 1,050.0 feet;
thence along the arc of said curve 259.94 feet said
curve havng a chord bearing and distance of S 44° 50'
15" E, 259.28 feet; thence S 5° 24' W, 774.27 feet;
thence N 89° 46' W, 100.40 feet; thence S 50 24' W,
18.5 feet to the point of beginning containing 7.99
acres more or less from "C -3" General Commercial to
"C -4" Open Display.

A tract of land being a part of the SE 1/4, NE 1/4,
Section 24, T -1 -N, R -13 -W and a part of the SW 1/4,
NW 1/4, Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of
said Section 24; thence N 880 10' E, 3.6 feet; thence
S 50 24' W, 30.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence
S 5° 24' W, 21.4 feet; thence S 63° 43' W, 291.81 feet
to the East right -of -way line of University Avenue;

Section 19, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, and a part of the NE 1/4,

Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4 of
said Section 24; thence S 880 10' W, 246.4 feet to the
East right -of -way line of University Avenue; thence
N 5° 24' E along said right -of -way line 1,094.6 feet to
the point of beginning; thence S 31° 56' 47" E, 177.0
feet to the point of a curve to the right having a
radius of 1,050.00 feet; thence along the arc of said
curve 259.94 feet said curve having a chord bearing and
distance of S 44° 50' 15" E, 259.28 feet; thence
leaving said curve N 5° 24' E, 124.03 feet; thence
N 440 18' W, 256.2; thence N 610 03' W, 166.8 feet to a
point on the East right -of -way line of University
Avenue; thence S 50 24' W, 95.0 feet to the point of
beginning containing 0.92 acres more or less from "C -3"
General Commercial to "OS" Open Space (4601 South
University).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
