AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3722 -A - Described as all that part of the SE 1/4, SE
1/4, NE 1/4, Section 32, lying South of the South
right -of -way line of Hunter's Glen Boulevard and West
of the West right -of -line of Napa Valley Road, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, described by metes
and bounds as follows: Starting at the SE corner of
the SE 1/4, SE 1/4, NE 1/4, said Section 32; thence S
89° 41' 08" W along the South line of said SE 1/4, SE
1/4, NE 1/4, 40 feet to a point on the West
right -of -way line of Napa Valley Road and the point of
beginning; thence S 89° 41' 08" W and continuing along
said South line 580.65 feet to a point; thence S 890
32' 33" W continuing along said South line 32.35 feet
to the SW corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4, NE 1/4; thence
N 0° 18' 47" W along the West line of said SE 1/4, SE
1/4, NE 1/4, 603.16 feet to a point on the South
right -of -way line of Hunter's Glen Boulevard; thence N
890 48' 53" E along said South right -of -way line 589.44
feet to a point; thence southeasterly and continuing
along said South right -of -way being the arc of a
25 -foot radius curve to the right having a chord
bearing and distance of S 450 11' E, 35.36 feet to a
point on the West right -of -way of Napa Valley Road;
thence S 00 10' 52" E along said West right -of -way line
576.70 feet to the point of beginning containing 8.4846
acres more or less from "MF -12" Multifamily to "R -2"
Single Family (Napa Valley Road and Hunter's Glen
Boulevard).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
