ORDINANCE NO. 15,343
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING MONEY ON HAND AND
TO BE RECEIVED DURING 1987 IN THE REVENUE
SHARING TRUST FUND IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR
THE PURPOSES SET OUT BELOW.
WHEREAS, the City of Little Rock will be receiving Revenue
Sharing Trust monies for 1987; and
WHEREAS, the City is desirous of appropriating these funds
for various projects and programs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The Board of Directors of the City of Little
Rock hereby appropriates the following amounts for the stated
purposes:
(1) $1,900,000 Reimburse the General Fund for
Money deposited to satisfy the
Use Tax Judgment.
(2) 376,201 Fourche Drainage Project
