ORDINANCE NO. 15,342
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
2 -4864 - Described as a part of the SW 1/4, Section 17,
T N,, R -11 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as:
Beginning at the SW corner of said SW 1/4; thence along
the west line of said SW 1/4; N 00 44' 25" E, 825.0
feet; thence S 88° 56' 15" E, 1,326.0 feet; thence N 0°
50' E, 495.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence
continuing north 0° 50' E, 994.33 feet; thence S 880
45' E, 1,100.0 feet or to the west right -of -way of
Lindsey Road; thence along said right -of -way to a point
S 360 59' 53" E, 83.99 feet or to the west right -of -way
of a sewer easement; thence along said sewer easement
S 4° 03' 35" W, 915.04 feet; thence N 890 30' W,
1,100.0 feet or to the point of beginning, containing
25.50 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to
"I -2" Light Industrial (Lindsey Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
