AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE, ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4516 - A - Described as part of Lot 5, A.W. Taylor's
Subdivision to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particulary described as:
Beginning at the NW corner of Lot 1, Mobbs -Hall Replat
of Lot 5, A.W. Taylor's Subdivision, thence S 00° 56'
35" E, 141.09 feet to the SW corner of said Lot 1;
thence S 89° 55' 25" West along the south line of said
Lot 5 A.W. Taylor's Subdivision 126.10 feet; thence N
000 54' 25" W, 113.60 feet; thence S 88° 47' 39" W,
57.81 feet; thence N 380 40' 14" E, 32.58 feet to the
north line of said Lot 5; thence N 88° 47' 39" East
along said north line 163.50 feet to the point of
beginning, containing 0.432 acres, more or less,

beginning, containing 0.269 acres, more or less, from

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
