AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4976 - Described as Lot 29, Martin Industrial Park,
Pulaski County, Arkansas (Pulaski County Records, Plat
Book 23, Paqe 76) being a tract of land in the NE 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SE corner, NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 3,
T -1 -S, R -13 -W; thence N 02° 32' 51" E along the East
line of the said NE 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 3, 1,264.19
feet to the intersection of the South right -of -way line
of Interstate Highway 30; thence S 650 52' 40" W along
said right -of -way 805.0 feet to a 3/4 -inch iron pipe
found at the point of beginning; thence S 240 07' 20"
E, 152.14 feet to a 3/4 -inch iron pin found; thence S
65° 47' 18" W, 219.85 feet to a 3/4 -inch iron pipe
found on the South right -of -way of Interstate Highway
30; thence northwesterly along a curve to the left
having a radius of 242.0 feet, having a chord bearing
and distance of N 25° 19' 27" W, 10.01 feet to a
concrete right -of -way marker found; thence N 65° 23'
23" E along said right -of -way line 20.08 feet to a
concrete right -of -way marker; thence N 240 07' 55" W
along said right -of -way 142.03 feet to a half inch
rebar set; thence N 650 52' 40" E along said
right -of -way line 200.00 feet to the point of beginning
containing 0.70 acres from "C -3" General Commercial to
"C -4" Open Display District (10,325 I -30).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
