AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE. ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4975 - Described as a part of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4,
Section 2, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Beginning at
the NW corner of the said NW 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 2;
thence East and along the North line of the said NW
1/4, SW 1/4 for 824.09 feet; thence South for 41.14
feet; thence East for 161.71 feet; thence N 83° 15' 45"
E for 345.64 feet to a point on the northerly
right -of -way line of the Missouri Pacific Railroad;
thence 56° 08' 33" W and along the said northerly
right -of -way line for 1,629.85 feet to the West line of
the NW 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N O1° 31' 37" E and along
said West line for 909.26 feet to the point of
beginning containing 13.552 acres more or less from
"R -2" Single Family to "I -2" Light Industrial (Mann
Road area).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof_.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
