ORDINANCE NO. 15,450
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND
FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -4963 - Described as part of the fractional NW 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 3, T -1 -S, R -13 -W, Pulaski County,
Arkansas, more particularly described as: Beginning at
the SW corner of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4 of Section 3;
thence N 600 to the South right -of -way of
Interstate 30; thence N 64° 36' 52" E along said
right -of -way 523.0 feet; thence S 285.0 feet; thence
E 466.0 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.84
acres more or less from "R -2" Single Family to "I -2"
Light Industrial (10,601 I -30).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
