ORDINANCE NO. 15,422
AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING THE CENTRAL
CITY DISTRICT LAND USE PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Office of Comprehensive Planning has
prepared a plan consisting of a Land Use Map and text for
the Central City District to be used as a guide for future
land use decisions and capital improvements; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission endorses and
recommends adoption of the plan; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors recognizes the need for
comprehensive district plans to provide for proper growth
and stabilization of neighborhoods.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Central City District Land Use Plan Map
and text is hereby adopted.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
