ORDINANCE NO. 15,421
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THE
MASTER STREET PLAN (ORDINANCE NO. 14,210)
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS TO
REMOVE THE ARTERIAL, BROOKSIDE DRIVE FROM
THE PLAN NORTH OF RODNEY PARHAM.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission after
public hearings and review does not find a need for
Brookside Drive to be an arterial north of Rodney Parham.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Section 3 of the Master Street Plan be
amended to provide for the removal of the arterial Brookside
Drive north of Rodney Parham.
SECTION 2. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 14,210
entitled "Arterials- Minor" is amended as follows:
From To
Change "2. Barrow Rd. Reservoir Mabelvale Pike"
& Extension (Brookside)
To "2. Barrow Rd./ Rodney Parham Asher Ave."
Brookside Dr.
SECTION 3. That the Master Street Plan Map is hereby
amended as shown on attachment A.
SECTION 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
