ORDINANCE NO. 15,414
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 14,413
AND REVOKING A "PRD" DISTRICT TITLED 7TH AND
VALENTINE "SHORT -FORM" PRD IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK.
WHEREAS, Ordinance number 14,413 was passed on March
15, 1983; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from "R -4 Duplex" to "PRD" on the following described
property:
Lots 1 and 21 Block 1 Central Heights Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution voted to
recommend that the above described property be reclassified
and that the "PRD" classification be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. That Ordinance number 14,413 is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance number 14,413 is hereby
revoked.
