AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4937 - Described as part of the NW 1/4, of the NW
174, of Section 36, Township 1N, Range 13W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particularly described as
follows:
Starting at the NW corner of Section 36, Township 1N,
Range 13W, Pulaski County, Arkansas; thence N 89° 22'
57" E, 1,327.48 feet to the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of
the NW 1/4 of said Section 36, said point also
being the NW corner of Beverly Terrace Addition to the
City of Little Rock; thence S 00° 09' 00" East along
the west line of said Beverly Terrace Addition, 535.80
feet to the point of beginning; thence continuing S 00°
09' 00" East along said west line 300.80 feet; thence S
890 51' 00" W, 289.63 feet to a point on the east line
of Tract "E," Orbit Subdivision to the City of Little
Rock; thence N 000 09' 00" W, 300.80 feet; thence N 89°
51' 00" E, 289.63 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 2.00 acres, more or less, from "R -2" Single
Family to "0 -3" General Office. Less and except, the N
and E 50 feet from "R -2" Single Family to "OS" Open
Space (south of Mabelvale Pike and east of North Chicot
Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

in full force from and after its passage and approval.
