ORDINANCE NO. 15,407
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4932 - Described as part of Tract 17, Hillvale
AAd'ition, being a Subdivision of all the E 1/2, NW
1/4 and all the W 1/2, NE 1/4, Section 5, Towhship 1N,
Range 13W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the SW corner of said Tract 17, run thence
N 100.0 feet; thence E, 250.0 feet; thence S, 100.0
feet; thence W, 250.0 feet to the point of beginning.
Less and except, the S 20.0 feet thereof for road
easement from "R -2" Single Family to "0 -3" General
Office (317 Gamble Road).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
