AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of.the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4916 - Described as a tract of land located in the NE
174, SE 1/4, Section 30, Township 1N, Range 12W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described
as:
Beginning at the intersection of the east right -of -way
line of Wakefield Drive and the south right -of -way line
of West 65th Street; thence S 89° 18' East along said
south right -of -way line 150.0 feet to a point; thence
00 06' W, 150.0 feet to a point; thence N 890 18' W,
150.0 feet to a point on the east right -of -way line of
Wakefield Drive; then N 0° 06' East along said east
right -of -way line 150.0 feet to the point of beginning,
containing 22,499 sq. ft. or 0.5165 acres, more or less,
from "C -3" General Commercial to "C -4" Open Display
(West 65th and Wakefield Drive).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
