AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated.
Z -4898 - Described as part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4,
Sermon 8, Township 1S, Range 13W, now in the City of
Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said NE
1/4, SW 1/4 which is S 89° 51' E, 301.0 feet from the
SW corner of said NE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N 000 00' 35"
E, 328.08 feet to a point on the south right -of -way
line of Interstate Highway No. 30; thence N 74° 00'
East along said south right -of -way line 127.0 feet;
thence S 00° 00' 36" E, 363.4 feet to a point on said
south line of said NE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N 89° 51' W,
122.0 feet to the point of beginning, containing 1.0
acres, more or less,
AND
Part of the NE 1/4, SW 1/4, Section 8, Township 1S,
Range 13W, now in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, more particulary described as
follows:
Beginning at a point on the south line of said NE 1/4,
SW 1/4 which is S 89° 51' E, 423.0 feet from the SW
corner of said NE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N 000 00' 36" W,
363.4 feet to a point on the south right -of -way line of
Interstate Highway No. 30; thence N 740 00" East along
said south right -of -way line 118.59 feet; thence S 00°
00' 33" E, 369.39 feet to a point on said south line of
said NE 1/4, SW 1/4; thence N 89° 51' W, 114.0 feet to
the point of beginning, containing 1.0 acres, more or
less, from "R -2" Single Family to "C -4" Open Display
(12,721 I -30).
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
