ORDINANCE NO. 15,540
AN ORDINANCE REVISING THE EXTRATERRITORIAL
LAND USE PLAN, ORDINANCE NO. 15,102, TO
CONFORM TO THE MASTER STREET PLAN AND
CHENAL VALLEY ZONING PLAN.
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Planning Commission has
reviewed the revisions and after a public discussion has
recommended revising the Little Rock Extraterritorial Land
Use Plan map and,
WHEREAS, the changes are to make the L.i._tt -I_e- .._Rock
Extraterritorial Land Use Plan map conform to other Board

adopted plans
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
SECTION 1. That the major streets of the L.i,- t_t -.I -e- „_Rock
Extraterritorial Land Use Plan map be revised to more
accurately portray the Little Rock Master Street Plan.
SECTION 2. That the proposed land uses in the Chenal
Valley Development be revised to more accurately portray the
zoning plan for that area.
