AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE STANDARDS
FOR SECTION 37.21 AND 37.24(c) CALLING
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND LOT TO DEPTH
RATIO
WHEREAS, a plat entitled Asbury Acres- Casey's Replat
has been properly filed and reviewed by the Little Rock
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, a waiver from certain requirements of the
Subdivision Ordinance has been requested by the subdivider;
and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has
determined that the waiver request conforms to the waiver
requirements stated in Section 37 -10 of the Subdivision
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A waiver of Section 37.21 and 37.24(c) of
the Subdivision Code of Ordinances of the City of Little
Rock pertaining to street improvements and lot to depth
ratio is hereby granted for the Asbury Acres - Casey's Replat
Subdivision.
