ORDINANCE NO. 15,534
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE STANDARDS
FOR SECTION 37.21 CALLING FOR STREET
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a plat entitled Hinson Manor Office Park has
been properly filed and reviewed by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHERE/\S` a waiver from certain requirements of the
Subdivision ordinance has been requested by the subdivider;
and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has
determined that the waiver request conforms to the waiver
requirements stated in Section 37~10 of the Subdivision
Ordinance.
N0N` THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK/ ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A waiver of Section 37.21 of the
Subdivision Coda of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
pertaining to street improvements is hereby granted for the
Hinson Manor Office Park Subdivision.
