AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR A WAIVER
OF THE SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE STANDARDS
FOR SECTION 37.21 AND SECTION 37.28
CALLING FOR STREET AND DRAINAGE
IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, a plat entitled University Office Park
has been properly filed and reviewed by the Little Rock
Planning Commission; and
WHEREAS, a waiver from certain requirements of the
Subdivision Ordinance has been requested by the subdivider;,
and
WHEREAS, the Little Rock Board of Directors has
determined that the waiver request conforms to the waiver
requirements stated in Section 37 -10 of the Subdivision
Ordinance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. A waiver of Sections 37.21 and 37.28 of the
Subdivision Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock
pertaining to street width, paving and right -of -way, cul -de-
sac length, and sidewalks is hereby granted for the
University Office Park Subdivision.
