LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:

Z- 4930 -A - Described as part of the E 1/2, NW 1/4,
Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as BEGINNING at the
intersection of the north line of the E 1/2, NW 1/4,
said Section 33, and the west right -of -way line of
Interstate Route No. 430; thence south 7 degrees,
48 minutes, 58 seconds west along said west

extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
