AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE UPPER ROCK CREEK PLAN,
ORDINANCE NO. 15,147, CHANGING THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF ROCK CREEK PARKWAY AND 36TH EXTENSION
FROM COMMERCIAL TO OFFICE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after a public
hearing on a rezoning request for the area, found that a
better design could be achieved by moving the proposed
commercial from the northwest corner of Rock Creek and 36th
combining it with the commercial on the northeast corner of
the intersection and moving the replaced ffice to the
northwest corner of the intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. The Upper Rock Creek Plan is amended to
replace the comercial on the northwest corner of the Rock
Creek Parkway and 36th Street Extension with office use.
