ORDINANCE NO. 15,514
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION
21 -13.1 OF THE LITTLE ROCK CODE OF
ORDINANCES (PRIVILEGE LICENSE
ORDINANCE).
WHEREAS, it has been found and determined by the Board of
Directors that certain adjustments are necessary to be made in
Section 21 -13.1 of the Privilege License Ordinance so as to
provide for the elimination of inconsistencies and to further
provide for uniformity of assessment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Sections 1, 2, and 3 of Ordinance No. 15,220,
codified at § 21 -13.1 of the Little Rock Code of Ordinances is
hereby repealed, and superseded by this ordinance.
SECTION 2. Section 21 -13.1 14 (i) shall be amended to
read as follows:
BASE VARIABLE
(14) (i) Sightseeing Coaches $150 $25 per vehicle
SECTION 3. Section 21 -13.1 (136) Limousine Service
shall be amended to read as follows:
(136) Limousine Service $150 $25 per vehicle
SECTION 4. Section 21 -13.1 (26.1) Automobiles for Hire
shall be added and shall read as follows:
(26.1) Automobiles for Hire
(Profit) $150 $25 per vehicle
SECTION 5. Section 21 -13.1 (119.1) Horse -drawn Vehicles
shall be added and shall read as follows:
(119.1) Horse -drawn Vehicles $150 $15 per vehicle
