M 273 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: SECTION 1. The language in Section 7 -29(b) Condition of pen and premises shall be amended to read as follows: Section 7 -29(b) Condition of pen and premises. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation or household keeping or harboring any animal to fail to keep the premises where such animal is kept from offensive odors to the extent that such odors are disturbing to any person residing within reasonable proximity of the said premises; and it shall be unlawful to allow premises where animals are kept to become unclean and a threat to the public health by failing to diligently and systematically remove all animal waste from the premises.
