ORDINANCE $ 15,499
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING 1988 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT BOND
SALE PROCEEDS, ESTABLISHING PROCEDURES FOR E %PENDING FUNDS,
AND OTHER PURPOSES.
WHEREAS, $19,675,000 has been appropriated for the purpose
of improving streets and drainage facilities; and
WHEREAS, $8,690,000 has been appropriated for acquiring,
improving, and equipping public parks.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1 - There is hereby appropriated from 1988 Capital
Bond sale proceeds plus future interest earnings the following
amounts for the purposes shown:

SECTION 2 - The City Manager and Director of Finance are
authorized to expend funds in accordance with the above
appropriations, and to the extent of Capital Improvement Project
allocations previously made from the $39,115,000 bond sale
proceeds and interest earnings.
SECTION 3 - Section 2 of Ordinance 15,473, which requires
additional project appropriations in the future, is hereby
repealed.
SECTION 4 - This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
