AN ORDINANCE DISSOLVING STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 626 OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 11,217 established Street
Improvement District 626 embracing the following property in the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas, to -wit:
BLOCK LOTS
334 1, 2, 11, 12
335 5, 6, 7, 8
for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing, and guttering
area streets; and
WHEREAS, all improvements have been made and a balance of
excess levies in the improvement district account has been
disbursed by the district commissioners to the current property
owners pro rata.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Street Improvement District 626 is hereby
dissolved.
