ORDINANCE NO. 15,491
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 3831 -A - Described as part of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4,
Section 35, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows: Commencing at
the SW corner of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 35, T -1 -N,
R -13 -W; thence N 20 00' 00" E, 252.78 feet along the
West line of said NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 35 to the
North right -of -way of U.S. Highway 70 and the point of
beginning; thence N 650 55' 43" E along the chord of a
highway right -of -way 196.89 feet; thence N 260 28' 17'
W, 218.30 feet; thence S 63° 19' 41" W, 82.95 feet to
the West line of the NW 1/4, SE 1/4, Section 35; thence
S 20 00' 00" W, 238.62 feet along said West line to the
point of beginning containing 0.692 acres more or less
from "C -3" General Commercial to "C -4" Open Display.

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in respects necessary to affect and designate the
change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
