ORDINANCE NO. 15,482
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 15,191 PASSED OCTOBER 21, 1986
WHEREAS, an unnamed 40' street west of Kirby Road and south of
Sweet Bay Drive, Sachs Suburban Tracts Addition to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas was determined to be no longer needed for corporate
purposes and was closed by Ordinance No. 15,191; And,
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 15,191 contains language allowing the
reservation of the former street right -of -way in its entirety as a
public utility and drainage easement, and no utilities are presently
located in said former right -of -way and any easements needed by the
utilities in the future will be required and will be approved by the
respective utility companies before the property can be subdivided,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The words "except for public utility and drainage
easement purposes" shall be deleted from the first paragraph of
Ordinance No. 15,191.
SECTION 2. "SECTION 2" in Ordinance No. 15,191 shall be deleted
in its entirety.
SECTION 3. All other provisions of Ordinance No. 15,191 shall
remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 4. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City
Clerk, shall be filed in the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County
and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
