ORDINANCE NO. 15,480
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PRD"
DISTRICT TITLED HILARO SPRINGS APARTMENTS
"PRD" (Z -4986) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -2" Single
Family District to "PRD" Planned Residential District:
A tract of land described as part of the SE 1/4,
SE 1/4, NW 1/4, Section 5, T -1 -S, R -12 -W, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows: Commencing at the NE corner of the SE 1/4,
NW 1/4 of Section 5; thence run southwesterly along the
center of Hilaro Springs Road 350.5 feet; thence run
N 860 08' 20" W, 239.4 feet; thence run N 82° 56' W,
33.7 feet to the point of beginning; thence run N 82°
56' W, 213.5 feet; thence run N 04° 17' 36" E, 312.5
feet; thence run S 89° 55' E, 203.5 feet; thence run
S 040 49' 11" W, 102.5 feet; thence run S 01° 51 E,
74.58 feet; thence run S 82° 56' 04" E, 36.9 feet;
thence run S 860 08' 20" E, 209.4 feet to the West
right -of -way line of Hilaro Springs Road; thence run
southwesterly along said road right -of -way 29.5 feet to
a point; thence run N 860 08' 20" W, 209.4 feet; thence
run N 82° 56' 04" W, 33.7 feet; thence run S 04° 16' W,
131.5 feet to the point of beginning containing 1.72
acres more or less.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development plan
and plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Hilaro Springs Apartments "PRD" is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and dessignated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
