AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PRD"
DISTRICT TITLED HINSONWOODS ADDITION
"PRD" (Z -5013) IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "MF -6"
Multifamily District to Planned Residential District:
Part of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of Section 29, T -2 -N,
R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly
described as: Starting at the SE corner of the SE 1/4,
SW 1/4 of said Section 29; thence N 00° 19' 59" W along
the East line of said SE 1/4, SW 1/4, 460.0 feet to the
point of beginning; thence S 89° 40' 01" W, 581.53 feet
to a point on the East right -of -way line of Hinson
Road; thence northwesterly along said East right -of -way
being the arc of a 671.4 -foot radius curve to the right
having a chord bearing and distance of N 13° 42' 11"
W, 248.93 feet to a point; thence N 03° 01' 10" W and
continuing along said East right -of -way line 448.67
feet to a point; thence northwesterly and continuing
along said East right -of -way line being the arc of a
660.34 -foot radius curve to the left having a chord
bearing and distances of N 05° 06' 08" W, 48.0 feet to
a point; thence southwesterly along the approximate
centerline of Taylor Loop Creek the following bearings
and distances: S 710 58' 35" F, 147.0 feet; S 89° 02'
05" E, 401.58 feet and S 70° 20' 05" E, 131.0 feet to a
point on the East line of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4 of said
Section 29; thence S 000 19' 59" E along said East line
of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4, said Section 29; thence S 000
19' 59" E along said East line of the SE 1/4, SW 1/4,
638.0 feet to the point of beginning containing 10.0853
acres more or less.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Hinsonwoods Planned Residential District is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval from the
Planning Commission within the time specified by Article IX,
Section 9.101 of the Code of Ordinances.

SECTION 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 43 -1 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and designated district map be and it is hereby amended to
the extent and in the respects necessary to effect and
designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan by the
Planning Commission.
