AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31.
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING
FOR A VARIANCE OF LOT WIDTH AND DEPTH
OF PIPE -STEM AND USAGE REQUIREMENTS, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.

a SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 -284.b of the Code of
00 Ordinances be amended to provide for variances of certain
o requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City
°,
r of Little Rock for ECI Smith Subdivision as follows:
Subsection a. That lot frontage on a street be varied
from the required 100 foot dimension to a dimension of
50 feet and that a pipe -stem lot be utilized when
prohibited by Ordinance and that the depth -to -width
ratio on the pipe -stem be increased to 245 feet when
the Ordinance for pipe -stems is 200 feet.
SECTION 2. Unless the provisions of this Ordinance are
put into effect immediately, the public peace, health,
safety and welfare of the citizens of Little Rock will be
adversely affected; therefore, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist, and this ordinance shall be in full force
and effect from and after its passage.
