AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- 5113 - Described as a tract of land in the W 1/2 of
the .. S _ 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4,
Section 32, T -1 -N, R -12 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as:
Beginning at the point which is northwest corner of
said W 1/2, S 1/2, S 1/2, NE 1/4, SW 1/4, SW 1/4;
thence south 330 feet; thence east 100 feet; thence
north 330 feet; thence west 100 feet to the Point of
Beginning with an easement reserved for a public road
on the north 20 feet of said tract running east and
west the entire 100 feet thereof, subject to
restrictions, easements and covenants as may be shown
by instruments of record in the office of the recorder
of said county, from "R -2" Single Family to "R -7A"
Manufactured Home District. (3829 Community Lane)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
