ORDINANCE NO. 15,589
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z- _5.090 - Described as a parcel of land lying in the

nort __. h 19.70 acres of the SE 1/4, NE 1J4, Section 25,
T -1 -N, R -13 -W, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, being more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of the SE 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 25; thence run south 02 053121" east
along said SE 1/4, NE 1/4 (east line) for a distance of
370.22 feet measured (Deed 325.25 feet) to a point on
the northerly right -of -way of the Missouri Pacific
Railroad; thence run along said railroad following a
curve to the left south 43 055118" west 521.08 feet to a
point; thence run south 89 046' west 635.2 feet to a
point on the east right -of -way of University Avenue;
thence run north 08 °34'19" east along said right -of -way
734.65 feet to a point on the north line of the SE 1/4,
NE 1/4, Section 25; thence run north 88 036' east
868.75 feet to a point in Geyer Springs Road and the
Point of Beginning, containing in all 14.07 acres, more
or less. Less and accept that portion lying within the
right -of -way of Geyer Springs Road and also subject to
all easements of record from "R -2" Single Family to

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
