ORDINANCE NO. 15,578
AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z. -5098 - Described as Block 361, Original City of
Little Rock, Arkansas; Blocks 23 and 24, Riverside
Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas; and Blocks 22 and 25,
Stillman and Buchanan Addition, Little Rock, Arkansas
inclusive of all public alleys and streets contained
therein, containing 17.5 acres, more or less, from
"R -5," "0-3," "C -3" and "1 -2" to 110-2." (Cantrell Road
and Riverside Avenue)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
