AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 43 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5.032 - Described as part of the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4
of Section 33, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, Pulaski County, Arkansas,
more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the SW corridor of the SE corridor of
said Section 33; thence north 00 023'58" west for
809.02 feet to the point of beginning; thence south
89 053140" east 61.72 feet; thence north 25 007154" west
along the arc of a curve to the right on a chord
tangent for 147.03 feet; thence north 90 00'00" 45
feet; thence south 23 042159" west 134.90 feet; thence
south 00 006120" east 9.36 feet; thence south 89 053'40"
east 100 feet to the point of beginning, containing
0.32 acre, more or less, from "R -2" Single Family to
"1 -2" Light Industrial. (Sibley Hole Road north of
Baseline Road)
SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 43 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.

SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
