AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A PLANNED UNIT
DEVELOPMENT AND ESTABLISHING A "PCD" PLANNED
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TITLED MARKHAM CENTER
�3 SHORT FORM "PCD" (Z- 1807 -8) IN THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING CHAPTER 36
OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following described property be changed from "R -5," Urban
Residence District and "0-3," General Office District to
"PCD," Planned Commercial District.
A parcel of land in Glendale Addition, Little Rock,
Arkansas being more particularly described as follows:
Described as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 10, 11 and 12 of
Blankenship's resubdivision of Block 8, Glendale
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat be approved as recommended by the Little Rock
Planning Commission and modified by the Little Rock Board of
Directors.
SECTION 3. That the change in zoning classification
contemplated for Markham Center (short -form PCD) is
conditioned upon obtaining a final plan approval within the
time specified by Article VII, Section 36 of the Code of
Ordinances.
SECTION 4. That the map referred in Chapter 36 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, and
designated district map be and it is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 5. That this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in full force upon final approval of the plan.
