AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 31 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS PROVIDING FOR A
VARIANCE IN LOT WIDTH TO DEPTH RATIO,
• WAIVER TO ALLOW PIPE -STEM LOTS, AND
• VARIANCE IN RIGHT -OF -WAY WIDTH, IN THE
RAIN FOREST ADDITION, 2ND PRELIMINARY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances
be amended to provide for:
(a) A variance in the required lot depth -to -width
ratio on Lot 177;
(b) A waiver to allow the pipe -stem design of Lots 85
and 122;
(c) A variance to allow a 50 foot right -of -way on Rain
Forest Drive, with 5 foot parallel utility
easements on the adjoining lots.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty
(30) days from and after its passage.
