AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER STREET PLAN,
UPPER ROCK CREEK AND EXTRATERRITORIAL
LAND USE PLANS, TO ADD AN ARTERIAL FROM
THE WEST LOOP TO AN UNNAMED NORTH /SOUTH
MINOR ARTERIAL; AND OTHER MATTERS
WHEREAS, after a public hearing, the Planning Commission
and City Board of Directors approved a land use plan showing a
minor arterial in the proposed location; and
WHEREAS, the property owner wishes to add a minor
arterial in this proposed location; and
WHEREAS, the City Staff, after review, agrees to the
addition of a minor arterial in the proposed location; and
WHEREAS, after a public hearing, the Planning Commission
recommends amending the Master Street Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK.
SECTION 1. That the Master Street Plan map is amended to

change and lengthen a collector to a minor arterial from
the West Loop to an unnamed north /south minor arterial
(see map).
SECTION_ 2. That the Upper Rock Creek and
Extraterritorial Land Use Plans are amended to change and
lengthen a collector to a minor arterial from the West
Loop to an unnamed minor arterial.
SECTION 3. That the Master Street Plan text in the
