AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY
LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS, AMENDING SECTION 36 OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That the zone classification of the
following property be and is hereby changed as indicated:
Z -5096 - Described as a tract of land lying in the

NW 1/4, NW 1/4 of Section 8, T -1 -N, R -13 -W, being more
particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner, SW 1/4, NW 1/4,
Section 8, T -1 -N, R -13 -W; thence north 00 012'54" east,
1321.51 feet; thence north 00 021145" east, 532.57 feet;
thence north 00020'45" east, 441.97 feet to the Point
of Beginning; thence north 00 020'45" east, 358.03 feet;
thence south 79025'44" east, 133.91 feet; thence south
89 019150" east, 188.65 feet; thence south 89 022'28"
east, 84.57 feet; thence south 00 020'45" west,
335.07 feet; thence north 89 019'50" west, 405.01 feet

SECTION 2. That the map referred to in Section 36 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and
designated district map be and is hereby amended to the
extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate
the change provided for in Section 1 hereof.
SECTION 3. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
