ORDINANCE NO. 15,679
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE
NO. 14,894 AND REVOKING A "PRD"
DISTRICT TITLED ALDERSGATE /KANIS
APARTMENTS LONG -FORM PRD (Z -4403)
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 14,894 was passed on June 4,
1985; and
WHEREAS, the Ordinance changed the zone classification
from "0-3" to PRD on the following described property:
A part of the north 250 feet of the east 103 feet of
the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 10, T -1 -N, R -13 -W,
Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as
follows:
Beginning at a point south 00 042' west, 40.0 feet from
the northeast corner of said NW 1/4, NW 1/4; thence
continue south 02 014' west along the east line of said
NW 1/4, NW 1/4 a distance of 210.0 feet; thence north
88 004' a distance of 103.0 feet; thence north 02 014'
east, a distance of 195.5 feet; thence north 57 044'36"
east, a distance of 25.7 feet; thence south 88 004'
east, a distance of 81.7 feet to the Point of
Beginning. (Kanis & Aldersgate Roads)
WHEREAS, the Ordinance was to have taken effect upon
final approval of the plan by the Little Rock Planning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the owner has not submitted a final
development plan /plat within the prescribed time; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission by resolution on
April 18, 1989 (attached as Exhibit A) recommended that the
above described property be reclassified and that the PRD
classification be revoked.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
SECTION 1. That Ordinance No. 14,894 is hereby
repealed.

SECTION 2. That the preliminary site development
plan /plat approved by Ordinance No. 14,894 is hereby
revoked.
SECTION 3. That the PRD District classification of the
below listed property is revoked and the former "0-3"
General Office classification is restored on the official
zoning map:

Beginning. (Kanis Road and Aldersgate Road /Z- 4403 -C)
SECTION 4. That Section 36 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas is hereby amended by
amending the map referred to in that section to the extent
that Aldersgate /Kanis Apartment Long -form PRD District is
hereby amended to comply with the ordinance repealing
Ordinance No. 14,894 and that section is hereby designated
as "0-3" General Office.
SECTION 5. That the ordinance shall take effect and be
in full force from and after its passage and approval.
