AN ORDINANCE TO APPOINT COMMISSIONERS TO FILL
TWO VACANCIES ON BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF STREET
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 623 OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, five owners of real property located in Street
Improvement District No. 623 of Little Rock, Arkansas, have
petitioned the Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, to fill two vacancies on said Board of Commissioners.
WHEREAS, said petitioners have recommeded the appointment of
Harry L. Hastings Jr. and Guy E. Campbell, real property owners
in said District, to fill said vacancies; and
WHEREAS, a certificate of Beach Abstract and Guaranty
Company is attached to said petition corroborating the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. Harry L. Hastings, Jr. and Guy E. Campbell are
hereby appointed Commissioners of Street Improvement District No.
623 of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
