AN ORDINANCE VACATING AND CLOSING
RIVERDALE STREET EAST OF RIVERFRONT DRIVE
IN RIVERDALE ADDITION TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
WHEREAS, it has been determined that Riverdale Street East of Riverfront Drive in
Block 2100 of Riverdale Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, as designated on the plat
of said Addition now appearing of record in Deed Book 1306, Page 383 in the Office of the
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, is no longer needed for corporate purposes, except for
public utility and drainage easement purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF
LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. Except as slated in Section 2 below, the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
hereby releases, vacates and abandons all its rights, together with the rights of the public
generally, in and to the street designated and described in the attached Exhibit A and
incorporated herein.
SECTION 2. Abutting owners of record, receiving title to the abandoned right -of -way
and easement shall at their cost remove all vestiges of public use and access as may exist; such
modifications shall include, but are not limited to the following:
A The entrances on both ends of the abandoned right -of -way and easement shall be
offset and /or rebuilt to conform to the standard driveway design as required by
Ordinance No. 12,501.
B. The edge of pavement of the right -of -way shall be rebuilt to conform to existing
conditions in the general vicinity where the abandoned right -of -way and
easement intersects with the remaining public right -of -way.
SECTION 4. A copy of this Ordinance, duly certified by the City Clerk, shall be filed in
the Office of the Recorder of Pulaski County and recorded in the records of the County.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage
and approval.

A parcel of land situated in the SE 1/4, SE 1/4 Section 32 Township
2 North, Range 12 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas being the tight -of -way
of Riverdale Road laying east of Riverfront Drive in the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas and being more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the NW 1/4, SW 1/4 Section 33,
Township 2 North, Range 12 West, thence N01 °351E, 464 feet to the south
line of Riverdale Addition; thence along said south line N88 °43'W, 483.19
feet to the centerline of Riverfront Drive; thence N19 °461W, along said
centerline, 3261.50 feet; thence N70 °14'E, 60.0 feet to a point on the
north right -of -way line of Riverfront Drive and the Point of Beginning;
thence along the right -of -way of Riverdale Road having the following
bearing and distances: along a curve to the right having a radius of 50
feet and a chord bearing N25 °14'E, 70.71 feet; thence N70 °14'E, 268.48
feet; thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 25 feet and a
chord bearing S88 °21'E, 18.26 feet; thence along a curve to the left
having a radius of 50 feet and a chord bearing N19 °461W, 73.33 feet;
thence along a curve to the right having a radius of 25 feet and a chord
